For as long as I can remember, finding a way to put thoughts and concepts into words has been a task l have looked forward to.  In 2003, while living in the Southern Alleghenies region of Pennsylvania, I finally decided to leave the cubicle farm behind and venture out on my own.  I opened the doors of Lighthouse Documentation in October, 2003.

 

At the time, my intention was to concentrate on only business writing.  But within weeks, one of my first clients requested a business writing workshop.  Others began asking for one-on-one mentoring, public speaking seminars and software courses.  Before I knew it, a new passion was born - training.

 

In December 2006, I relocated my growing business to Sanford, North Carolina, and changed its name to reflect my increased interest in helping others learn to communicate effectively.  Today, I continue to provide writing and training services to clients in a variety of industries.

 

 

Whether I am helping you put thoughts to paper using my own words or teaching you to select and organize the language yourself, my goal is simple: To help you learn to work efficiently and communicate ideas clearly and concisely.  Together we can say what you want to say, only better.
