Description:  You need to introduce your boss to a new client.  Who’s name do you use first?  You are going to an interview at an office that recognizes a casual dress code.  What should you wear?  At dinner, you have to get up to use the restroom.  Where do you put your napkin?  Do you know the answers to these questions?  If not, this seminar is for you!  In this lunch and learn seminar we will look at business etiquette basics related to introductions, body language, personal appearance, office environments, meals, and difficult situations.
